Slightly disappointed with this one because it tasted alright when I first opened it, and it has only been opened for two weeks and it has started to taste off, like not good anymore. Not sure how to describe the taste (maybe sour) but it definitely did not taste right, despite keeping it in the fridge. A little upset because it’s supposed to be shelf stable for a month and it’s quite a pricey syrup. It tasted decent before this though, hence the two stars, just sad I can’t use the rest of it
