We believe in keeping it minimal and high quality- no artificial flavors, dyes, or preservatives here at Beebee’s. One thing that makes us *extra* unique is the use of organic coconut palm sugar, rather than the common use of cane sugar in syrups. Coconut palm sugar is known for the following:

• It is unrefined with no GMOs. 
• It contains a lower glycemic index than cane sugar.
• It tastes similar to brown sugar with hints of caramel.
• It retains most of the nutrients in coconut palm- zinc, iron, potassium, and calcium.
• It contains inulin, which is a soluble fiber. Inulin reduces the risk of sporadic blood sugar spikes in your body.

Add 1 or 2 tablespoons to your favorite coffee, matcha, or drink of choice. Stir, sip, and enjoy!

We highly recommend using a syrup pump, spout, or pour into a measuring spoon to avoid spillage.

Our syrups are shelf stable, but need to be refrigerated and used within one month once opened for best flavor.

Separation and coconut sap foam is natural- shake well before use.

Our syrups are packaged into recycled glass bottles (Please reuse and/or recycle!), labeled with a sustainably sourced recycled vellum material, and sent in compostable packaging materials.

Due to the nature of our product, we only accept returns/refunds if the product is damaged,defective, or unopened. Please contact us at hello@drinkbeebees.com with photos,your reason for return, and proof of purchase to begin the return process.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Beebee’s Syrups LLC holds the right to refuse any return attempts made after this timeframe.

Shipping Processing Time

All syrups are freshly made to order! Please allow a 1-7 business day processing window for your order to ship, depending on the day you order. Once processed, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to ship with potential carrier delays in mind. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Location, carrier availability, and other factors are automatically assessed by our system. All orders are shipping from the zip code 77581, and expected domestic delivery times are 1-5 business days depending on your location once shipped.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number once your order has shipped. Make sure to check your spam folder!

Once you are ready to redeem your points for a reward, make sure that you are logged into the rewards panel. You can simply select “Redeem” within the panel, and click “apply code” for the discount to be automatically applied at checkout!
